im sorry, but i missed the point in the end
and it would be good to put some emotions into their faces - i mean the voiceactor screamed into the mic and the character just shaked with his hands xD
all in one still good but it could be a lot better.

boogley got insane and infiltrated the NG tower??

no way! but i like the animation
was it the boogley himself or a guy in a boogley-suit with a pocket? or do the boogley himself have a pocket in his thighs? OR do the boogley himself have a suit with a pocket for a 9mm?
im confused.

not bad for a second part

you didnt change the concept, thats good
BUT "to be continued" is a big promise, cause it will be kinda hard for you to make a third part - especially when this one brought nothing really new (avoiding tetris-blocks and tetris-robots are pretty familiar)
there also where a few scenes where i noticed that you got tired of making more cool moves - a pitty, cause this concept lefts a lot of room for sweet moves

all in one still not bad, some new things were there, but in fact that this is a stick animation and nothing really stunning in relation to the previous part,i will give this a 6
