well, not bad

but you used the same template for everyone of them, and the eyes are empty - my opinion is that the eyes of a character mainly describes him (they look a little bit like zombies without them xD)
but you could make a funny flash out of this stuff, a super smash bros brawl parody for example :D

Yeah, the template is the same because we were given a template to work from. And although I could have changed the eyes, they wouldn't really be aliens without those eyes :P
